See your full Hyperliquid transaction history

Where your history actually lives

Open the app and you'll see recent fills — that's a view, not an archive. Underneath, Hyperliquid's history is spread across four separate streams, and no single screen shows them together.

Fills: every executed trade with price, size, side, closed PnL and signed fee. Funding: hourly settlement payments for every open position. The ledger: deposits, withdrawals, sends, sub-account moves and spot↔perp transfers. Spot fills: a separate book from perp fills entirely.

The 30-hour wall

The venue's public fill endpoint (userFillsByTime) retains roughly the last 30 hours. Ask it for a year and it answers with two days — successfully, with no error, which is why so many 'complete exports' are quietly stubs.

Funding and ledger endpoints are different: they serve full history back to account creation. So the wall only applies to fills — but fills are the stream that matters most, and the one everything else reconciles against.

Getting the complete record

For older fills you need a chain indexer — a service that archives venue history the API itself forgets. Combined with the venue's own full-history funding and ledger endpoints, that reconstructs every event the account ever produced.

Two completeness traps to check whatever you pull: builder-dex markets (xyz:, flx: and other HIP-3 venues) live outside the main perp book — they carried over half of perp volume at their mid-2026 peak — and spot fills are a separate stream, not a flag on the perp one.

What it's for

A complete history is the raw material everything else is computed from: real PnL (fills + funding + signed fees), the account-value identity check, and — for taxes — the disposal-by-disposal record Form 8949 wants. Any summary built on a partial history inherits the gap.

Our free check pulls exactly this record and recomputes it: every fill, the full funding stream, the classified ledger — verified against the venue's own account-value curve, with the residual printed.

Common questions

?How far back does Hyperliquid history go in the app?

The app view shows recent activity. Through the API, fills only go back ~30 hours — funding and ledger serve full history, but the trades themselves need a chain indexer for anything older.

?Is there an export button for Hyperliquid history?

No. There's no official CSV export — a complete history has to be assembled from fills (indexer), funding and ledger (venue endpoints). That's what our report's evidence ledger is built from.

?Does 'transaction history' include deposits and withdrawals?

Those live on the ledger — a separate stream from fills. A complete account history needs both: fills for trading, ledger for every value that crossed the account boundary.

?Are sub-account and builder-dex trades in the same history?

Each address has its own fills (sub-accounts are separate addresses), and builder-dex fills share the stream but sit in a different market namespace. A full picture pulls all of it — perp, spot and dex markets, for every address you control.
