Refund policy
effective 2026-10-26
Before your report is ready
Full refund, no questions. If you paid and the report has not been delivered yet — or we cannot deliver it (indexing fails, coverage cannot be completed) — email [email protected] with your order code and we refund the payment in USDC to the address it came from.
After delivery: fix or refund
If a delivered report contains a material computational error — a number that does not re-derive from the underlying rows — we will fix it and re-issue the report. If we cannot fix it, you get a full refund. 'Material' means the recomputation itself is wrong; coverage gaps and venue-side contradictions that are already disclosed in the report's annex are part of the product, not errors.
What is not refundable
Disagreement over tax treatment. Classification — income vs capital, basis method, which box a row lands in — is a filing decision between you and your preparer; the report evidences the record and leaves those calls to you. A delivered, correct report is not refundable because you prefer a different classification.
Simply not needing the report anymore once it has been delivered. The compute behind a large report is real work that has already run.
Wrong-chain, wrong-amount or accidental payments
Paid on the wrong chain, sent the wrong amount, or sent twice? Email [email protected] with your order code and the transaction hash. Recoverable payments are refunded minus the gas the return costs; amount overpayment can be refunded or credited toward the order — your choice.
USDC is the only supported payment token on Arbitrum, Base and Ethereum. Tokens sent on other networks or other assets sent to the payment address may be unrecoverable — check the chain and token before sending.
How to request
Email [email protected] from the order's email address, include the order code and the payment transaction hash. Refunds are sent in USDC to the address the payment came from. We answer within a few days; there is no chargeback rail on crypto rails, so this inbox is the dispute process.
